On Puzzles
Before you contact us in regards to a missing piece you will need to check in the Missing a piece link most Jigsaw puzzle do not qualify for a refund unless the puzzle is 100% unopened. Most puzzle manufactures prefer you work with them, If unsure please reach out to us at Fairypuzzledsales@gmail.com
On Diamond / Crystal Art kits
We have a 30-day return policy from date of deliver, but all kits must be un-opened and in original condition with shrink wrap where applicable.
On most other items (Exclusions do apply* see Incense or personal items)
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase provided at time of sale.
On Incense type products (i.e Incense, oils, wax melts), personal products from Lip Gloss, Bath Bombs, Soaps, Bathing Suits type items we DO NOT accept returns of any kind, so please make sure you order the correct scent, flavor, size.
To start a return, you can do it through your account or contact us at fairypuzzledsales@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

These conditions are that the items are unopened and still in shrink wrap where applicable. Excluding the event that the order is wrong and it is solely the error of Fairy Puzzled, Fairy Puzzled is not responsible for refunding the shipping charges.
On any refused orders, Fairy Puzzled does not Refund the shipping charge for the original shipment nor the cost of the returned shipping assessed to us from the carrier. The carriers charge Fairy Puzzled the original shipping and will charge Fairy Puzzled for return shipping without our original shipping discounts, so please keep this in mind, Fairy Puzzled WILL NOT refund the cost of return shipping on refused orders and up to a Twenty percent (% 20) Fee on refused orders as a restocking fee which is up to Fairy Puzzled's discretion.
Damages and ANY Shipping issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If its a Shipping error, Delayed packages, Lost or Missing package, You must let us @ Fairy Puzzled know within 5 business days of delivery or supposed delivery, We try and verify that orders get delivered, but carriers make mistakes, We get insurance on all of our packages but if something is lost or missing we have to file a missing package claim, If it falls out of the carriers time frame, which differs depending on carrier and service speed.
We at Fairy Puzzled are not responsible to refund or replace ,missing orders or product if it has gone past 5 business days after it shas been marked as been delivered, unless we have been notified before hand.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), Personal clothing Items (such as Bathing Suits, Underwear due to the personal nature) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns/Refunds flammable Items like Incense or Oils. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. *once again we can not do Refunds on Personal Items from Bathing Suits, Soaps, Bath Bombs, Lip Balms or items like Incense or Oils
