Missing a piece?

You've checked the Floor, the box, the bag , your shirt, your furry friends, your Bed, it is nowhere to be found. All is not lost it just now depends on what brand it is and we are here to help..

1st Don't return the puzzle to us, as it's outside of our terms and conditions with only a extreme few exclusions 

2nd as we get more product lines in, we will post what you do will an that will change depending on the Brand

1st step 

  1. Find the brand or manufacturer name for the puzzle
  2. Determine which piece you need. Generally speaking, you can count as you would on a chessboard; A56, for example, would be the first column and the 56th row.
  3. Contact the manufacturer. They may require you to mail in the UPC from the box.

2nd step just look below for the brand you bought and we have posted the instructions or contact info for you to fix the Missing (runaway) piece dilemma.

If one or more items are missing in the puzzle you bought, we allow you to replace the product with a new one. Just send us a letter:

  • filled in the complaint form, which you will find below,
  • 3 any elements from the missing jigsaw puzzle,
  • barcode cut out of the package

Upon receipt of the letter with the above mentioned contents as proof of purchase, we will send you a new set of puzzles*.
